What licences do I need if I want to open my bussiness for floor covering?

I need to know what and where can I get this licences and whats the procedures to get them

You will need a Retail license or business lic. and then a SALES Tax License and who knows what else - depending on your city/state. Call your local County Clerk and ask them these same questions. The state TAxing authority (SALES tax) will be the one to give you a tax lic. number and informaiton on how to collect and remit taxes.

If you're going to have employees, you will also need a Federal Employers Identificaiton Number (FEIN) and you will also need to know how to figure and collect Social Security Tax for your emplyes and pay it to the Government along with their Income Tax withholding. I suggest you find a local SCORE office (The Service corp of Retired Executives) who will usually FOR FREE give you insight into this.

Just a normal business if all you de is sell the stuff to cover floors
but! and it's a big but!
if you do any of the installs yourself
that requires a Building specialty Contractor License and a Contractor's License Bond! if you dont already have those you'll need a Work Experience Affidavit to just apply for the Contractor License and it has to be in the same field of work!
