No. Too young to drink is too young to drink, no matter what the occasion. Would you want your parents to be arrested for providing alcohol to a minor? That would be a great way to celebrate your sister's wedding, wouldn't it?

Depends on the venue, if it is at a private residence such as your parents home and they ok it, then a sip of champagne to toast the newlyweds (and I mean a sip like 1/2 and inch, not a glass) if it is at another persons private residence it must be okd with them as well as your parents (no more then a sip to toast the newlyweds, I'm not going to advocate underage drinking which is illegal for a reason). If the reception is being held in a public place such as a hotel then absolutely not. Even if it is okd by your parents you are not of age and even a little bit of alcohol being served to a minor could cost them their liquor license or at the very least a fine.

I see everyone saying no....
I can't see how 1 or 2 glasses would hurt you.
It's a celebration and hopefully she'll only be getting married once.
Ask your sis...she'll pour you a glass.
Who knows after those few drinks you may never want to drink again. Don't go over board and get drunk.
Just 1 or 2 to toast the happy couple
I can remember being younger and having a couple drinks slipped to me at weddings.
I turned out just fine.

I would say if it is your sisters wedding I would probably let you have one glass of champagne when the speech is made at the reception but only one drink!!! Its still against the law for an adult to give alcohol to you but one glass at a special occassion wont hurt anything I dont think! Good luck

No. The law on drinking is 18/21 depending on where you live for a reason.

*LOL* Not until you learn how to spell, or at least learn how to use spellcheck.

Aloud means to vocalize.

Allowed means to be premitted.

If you want to pretend to be an adult and it's a private party and you have a designated driver. I think you should be premitted a glass during the toast. But other than that no.

Maybe some (only like 1/2 an inch) wine with sprite but that is still pushing it.

Party, or no party, rules ARE rules. You have to be 21. And besides, even if you are 21, why waste your life by drinking?

I would say maybe a little glass of champagne or wine to celebrate the special occasion, but that's it
