if the particles are too large to pass through the protein channels, the only way i can think of is by endocytosis. this involves the engulfing of the particle enclosed by a membrane vesicle

I agree with endocytosis. If it is too large to pass through a protein channel it won't be able to diffuse across.
Osmosis is the movement of only water due to a concentration gradient.

Can't they pass through by Osmosis or Diffusion and depending on the cell Diffusion by Ion Channels?

Endocytosis (pinocytosis or phagocytosis). White blood cells phagocytize bacteria and other foreign particles as part of immune defense.
