I had my naval pierced two years ago and took it out about 3 months ago. It hasn't healed! Will it always be a hole?

I had my ravel ring taken out back in July 2004 and I would say within 1 year it closed up.

I sure do miss it though. :)

There will probably always be a smaller hole there. The longer that the skin is kept open by the piercing, the less chance that it will ever heal 100%. Consider yourself lucky that if you ever want to put the navel back in you can.

Maybe not. It may be because your body will take time to heal that area. A piercing is like a wound, give your body time to heal and be patient. Its worth it.

may....may not. The londer it's in there, the longer it takes to close. It will probably shrink but never close which will be cool cuz if you decide you want to wear it again....you can
