I recently bought something on line and my credit card company says YES IT WAS APPROVED AND PAID FOR IN FULL yet the company I ordered it thru says they did not receive any payment that the card was declined!!!! Im so HOT and highly pissed off! What do I do? What steps do I take? Besides calling an attorney that is! This is crazy!!!! HELP

Get a copy of the purchase and something from your credit card company that shows the purchase was paid for and send or fax it to the online company you bought your item from. Don't call an attorney yet. See if you can work it out with the company first.

ask your credit card company where the money went. if it did go to the company you purchased from, send them a copy of your proof of payment.

THAT HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE I ORDER A LOUIS VUITTON PURSE FROM SOME COMPANY AND THEY CLAIM THEY NEVER GOT MY ORDER SO I SENT THEM A COPY OF EVERYTHING I HAD BOUGHT OFF MY CARD AND THE COMPANY WAS ON THE PRINTED LIST THEY DIDN'T HAVE MY INFORMATION BUT THEY HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO SEND MY PURSE JUST GET A COPY OF ALL THE THINGS YOU BOUGHT OFF YOUR CARD AND SEND IT TO THE COMPANY WHO DENIES RECEVING YOUR PAYMENT OR GET YOUR MONEY SOMEHOW.WHEN YOU GET YOUR BILL IT SHOULD BE A LIST OF EVERYTHING YOU BOUGHT OFF YOUR CARD JUST SEND THEM A COPY OF IT.

Call your CC back and ask for a dispute form. They'll mail or fax it to you. Fill it out and send it back. 95% of the time they'll reverse the charge.

You have comformation that your cc paid for it send a copy to the business and then tell them to send your stuff or you are going to sue
