Try drinking a shot of pickle juice. When I played softball, we did that on really hot days because it would put salt back in our bodys. If my stomach was hurting and I felt weak, it took about 30 min to feel better. Even though this works, continue to drink WATER!

Do you drink ridiculous amounts of water? You can still not be getting enough!!! Check the sodium content of your diet.

you should not need more than about 2 litres a day. Unless maybe you live in a very hot place. Check with your doctor

You may be missing electrolites. If water is not "quenching your thirst" try drinking a bottle of gatorade.

In that case you are not dehydrated. Your mouth is dry. Do something about that.

Try to take shower twice a day.Be a vegetarian.If it's not possible then try to avoid meat & rich food.
