It's got to be Will Power since if you don't have the will to do something you'll never have the technique.

Example for me when sparring in martial arts. you have to have the will to win AND the techniques. but if i never had the will to learn the techniques in the first place then i wouldn't be even competing.

i will take power, technique will conquer if only its a little power, for example, two guys are to move a car the guy with the technique will move it.
but in a situation that u have superman and just a man to move a truck. then u will see, no matter how much technique the other guy has, superman will throw the truck like a bean seed.
excess power will cover absolutely for technique

I strongly believe that you can do anything if you try, whether you have the techique already or not. I work on a support desk, and sometimes you get a large catastrophe come in, and you think "Where on earth do I start? what the hell do I do?". If you know that you cannot pass it on, and have to do it, then once you start at the deep end so to speak, you always manage to solve it in the end. Will power, or self belief?
