You would either have to look for a service that speicalizes in long distance live animal transport, or you would have to leave it with someone you trust with the animals life and have him/her take it with them while they travel. Either way make sure that the animal is fit to travel long distances by sceudling a checkup with a veterinarian. hope the rabbit makes it well!! i'll pray for the rabbit. =D good luck!

Probably not. It may be possible, but there are so many rules and regulations regarding animal transportation, that it won't be worth. Plus, aside from the shipping costs, there are fees for certificates and quarantines. Upon arrival in a new country, the rabbit may be quarantined for several months.

You should probably check first to see if this country allows rabbits. For example, rabbits aren't native to Australia and when they were introduced they took over and cause massive damage to the environment. If they are allowed check out http://www.rabbit.org to see if there is an international chapter.
