It depends, girls put on clothes that show everything a lot of times to fit in with their friends or with trends. Girls don't usually look at other girls in a sexual way, thus when guys start at our breasts or whatever it's seen as insulting.

Every stage has a curtain,and before the concert begins the curtail is pulled back to show the stage.Likewise girls cannot walk around naked so they wear clothes and show everything.Girls do not get pissed when guys look at them, they go for a piss so guys can look at them

I believe it's a freedom of expression to wear what you want. The problem is that here in America it attracts a negative response. It can even get the attention of people who have anger issues against women. We are still hung up on sex and the body. It's like a double message of putting sex out there, but labeling it bad. They want the attention, but then they get mad when they get the attention because the guys don't know how to give the right kind of attention. staring and saying rude comments is not the attention they are after. They want real compliments. Let them know they look good without hand signals.

Because women aren't getting dressed up for you. They're compeating with the other women. A secret contest. The more men look, the higher the points. But that's your only function in this game, is too look.

low cut tops belly shirts and mini skirts? If that is what you are talking about then it is to show of there body to other girls so they get jealous. kind of like at the gym the guys don't wear there shirts. they say it is cause they get hot but really they are showing of there abs to the other guys so they will become jealous.

That's a good question alot of girls do that and it's so retarted beacuse i mean if you wear that you should expect and know that you will get attention, some girls are just like that and want to be treated with respect even if they dress like that.

because they are stupid.They only want some guys to look at them, and get mad when the wrong ones look. I say if they have their boobs hanging out, it's there own fault if people look, but be respectful. Some of us dress normally and still get that negative attention.

because girls who wears that revealing clothes are dumb bitches who doesn't know what right clothes to wear, if girls wear clothes like dat then guys have right to look at them, so those girls should stop wearing clothes like dat and guys won't look at dem dat way
