A normal blood test will not indicate triggers for your condition. You may need a scope down into your stomach to check it out. Some of us weak stomach types do produce lots of acid which can be temporarily relieved by taking antacids, sleeping with quite high pillows to stop any reflux (which can make you feel sick) and eating lots of regular small meals. If you are experiencing this high level acid over a long period this can be damaging the lining of your stomach making you prone to ulceration. It may be that you need something like ranitidine (trade mark) to stop the excess acid and allow some healing.
Get a second opinion tomorrow. You should not be tolerating your condition.
Though antacids may stop you from feeling sick, in the long run, it will just cause more problems.
Good luck

Extra virgin Siberian pine nut oil (one teaspoon 3 times a day).
This helps cure stomach ulsers. You might have one. No harm in trying it, it's all natural. After the third day you should see an improvement. If you don't, then an ulser is not your problem.
You might just have a bad case of acid reflux. If that's the case, a previous answer was not to eat at least 2 hours before bed time. Move that back an hour and make it 3 hours before bed time.

I would go to your doctor...but with my personal experiences I have acid reflex and stomach aches often also...I did take aciphex, and 2 pills that my doc. prescribed to me. But right now I don't have any insurance so I can't afford to go to the docs at the moment, so I make sure to not drink anything with caffeine in it or anything with acid. And for breakfast eat oatmeal or something with bran in it. Also I have been eating healthier fruits&veggies....that has been helping alot. My stomach aches dont come back as often now. I hope this helps you out...trust me I feel your pain.

Try eating small meals and not much at least two hours before bed. Also prop up the head of your bed 4-6 inches. This is what I was told and it helped.

Sounds like you have reflux disease or whatever it's called. My mom suffers from that alot. See a doctor, but until then try proping yourself up on some pillows. don't lay completely flat. That's what my mom does when it gets really bad and it seems to help her some.
Also, try not to eat right before bed and stay away from really spicy foods.

It's time to take a break from your Prevacid. It is not approved for steady use for longer than six months.

Apparently what you are doing is not attending the presenting condition. Would probably be a bit beneficial to find out what is causing the problem and then treat it accordingly...Don't discount gall bladder.
