Maybe you can go to a grocery store and buy one of those candles that are shaped like numbers. Be creative. Get a zero or something. ^^

Umm why arent you wating until their born? But anyway put one for a good wish candle becuase they arent born yet but you can wish for it to be healthy or something

who buys a cake for a newborn, its not like they can eat it but if its for the mother then i can understand...
