Yes...but I think there are better options. First off, unless it's 100% cocoa butter -- I wouldn't put it on your face regularly. If you grab the jar of whatever you've been using -- I'm sure you'll see that "mineral oil" is one of the first ingredients. Mineral oil is not something you want to put on your face all the time -- Mineral oil CLOGS pores and will leave you with larger pores, breakouts and can -- after a period of time leave little deposits in your face. Especially in the skin right around your eyes (it'll look like little tiny skin colored bumps [not super noticeable, but that area won't look smooth after a long time of use).
What I would suggest if you want alot of moisture and that "glowing" - "light-reflecting" look that cocoa butter leaves is to use a 100% natural skin OIL. (I know, I know -- oils on your skin? you'd think it would make you break out -- but TRUST ME - if you use the right stuff IT WON'T), infact -- it'll leave your skin really healthy, less wrinkley (or hinder you from getting alot of wrinkles if you don't already have), moisturized and glowing.
I like using just 100% Grape Seed Oil or something with grapeseed and almond oil.
NO, do not just use Vitamin E oil -- the ones I suggested above are better. I like grape seed because it has alot of anti-oxidants and once its rubbed into your skin, it is NOT greasy or OILY - it's just soft.
OK - hope that helps you!

Yes. coco butter is very good for the skin. I recommend it strongly. My aunt told me to use it to blend in my scares on my face from when I was a teen and poped allot of my pimples. It worked. I still use it to lessen wrinkles on my fore head. In short I hope this helps. I use it at night time after a shower.

It's hard to find coco butter by itself anymore, but it is added to a lot of creams. It works well, if you tend to get ashie. Good luck and have a nice day.

That depends on a couple of things........if your skin is oily....that is a no-no. It will just exacerbate the oil and blemish problem. If do use it on your face...some do for very dry skin, make sure you cleanse properly as not to clog your pores. And do not go in the sun with cocoa butter on your face....you will burn...BIG TIME! .......and that is not good for any color skin, by the way.

Yeah, I don't see why not, so long as you don't have oily skin, because an oil-based moisturizer can make you break out, and cocoa butter is not non-comedogenic (means it CAN clog your pores).

It all depends. It can leave a greasy residue sometimes, so if your skin is already oily and prone to breakouts, I'd be very careful because it could make it worse.

Using cocoa butter has proved to be good for black skin. I use it all over for moisturizing my skin.

yes definately! You shouln't put too mch on or put it on more than twice a day because it could make your skin too oily. It's good to put it on if you get a sunburn.
