You could go to music.yahoo.com and watch hundreds of videos of music full songs too. Its fun! They even have internet radio, you could also use AOL Radio Or AIM Radio which is the same thing essentially.

Napster.com allows you to listen to a song before buying it.
They also allow you to listen to entire albums, however many of the songs are only 30 second soundbytes.
