I am looking for something very sheer, natural looking, not too tight, and looks beautiful with a skirt.

That is really a personal issue. Not everyone has the same taste thus it is impossible to recommend. I suggest you buy various brands with different blends of materials to discover which you really like. At the same time notice the different cuts (designs that are low or high rise) to see which is for you. Once you do this and zero in on a brand and style you will no longer be in the group of women who hate pantyhose! In general get something with a really high percentage of Lycra (around 30%), some sheen and you will be in love with them...(And maybe more importantly everyone else around you)!!!
