Okay I must admit that I did not really expect such answers so here's the top five who would do it list:
1) Moe - Because the quikie mart never closes and he ultimatley needs home and barnee's money to keep afloat.
2) Homer - he is so accident prone that is almost excuseable, need I say more!!!
3)Apu - he probably owns a stake in the place but, his salary and his background is probably keeping him from reaping the true rewards of ownership and the freedom to sell liqour and squshee drinks exclusively.
4) Barney - his lust for alcohol is just insane, he would spend more time there if Moe did not give him preferential treatment.
5) The comic book guy - he it hates when everyone including his second to best friend teases him about being old and single. Oh! by the way the comic book guy is gay!

Are you kidding? Apu is going to blow that mother sky-high one day. The other characters better hope they're not standing within a block of the place if Apu ever wins the lottery. Ka-boom.
