Yes, because everybody's body is built the same. So we all will have strong pulses from big arteries near our necks and wrists. Some people's pulses are stronger than others depending on the size of their veins, their blood pressure, the amount of skin, muscle and fat around them, etc. But in the end, yes, we all have pulses in the same place :-)

If you're asking because you can't find someone's pulse or your own pulse, try moving your fingers around just a little bit until you can start to feel it. Then push kind of hard, but don't use your thumb. Your thumb gives off a strong enough pulse on it's on that it might throw off the pulse that you're feeling elsewhere. Only use your index and middle finger. You can also get pulses in the bottom of feet too. Or anywhere that you can see a vein through the skin.

Yes, everybody have the same pulses, it's in the body system blueprint. You might be wondering how you can't feel the pulse in the same point from one person to another person; that is depending on that person's body mass, or muscles & fat content in their body. The greater the mass, the more embedded the arteries & veins are, the harder they are to detect. Also, heart conditions can lessen the intensity of a pulse, so it will be less discernible. But they're still there.

Yes, but the only difference would be the vien size and strength of the pulse. Also, Men and women are a little different for example you can feel a pulse in a woman's viagina sometimes right after orgasming and the penis has a strong pulse when it is fully erected also.

You check for a pulse on major blood vessels or arteries, such as the wrist or throat. Everybody's circulatory system is the same, so you would check the same places. If you're not finding a pulse where you think it should be, you're probably just off a little bit. Or the person is dead.

Statistically (on average) yes.

But there are always exceptions. Some people have vessels close to the bone which are very hard to get to for phlebotomists (people who draw blood).

Also some people have minority type body setup where everything is a mirror reverse. Instead of your heart being towards the left it is on the right, etc. Everything is there, just reversed like it was in the mirror. So if you go looking for the major artery for the liver...Surprise the liver isn't where you thought it was! That is one reason they x-ray before surgery. Just in case.

But the majority of people will have very similar pulse points.

yes... there are pulse points in several locations.
The temporal pulse is found in the temple above your jaw and behind your eye.
The carotid is in the middle of your neck and off to the side of your trachea.
The brachial pulse can be found in the bend of your elbow.
The radial pulse is in the bend of your wrist.
The dorsalis pedis is on the top part of your foot.
The femoral pulse can be found in the upper thigh/groin area of your leg.
The apice pulse can be heard with a stethoscope and is in the area of your heart.
