No..he will be in the 3rd. He was to be in the 2nd, but had to cxl because of the brain surgery he needed after falling out of a tree *he has since said that's not what really happened*. Savvy?

he was scheduled to be in Pirates 2 but fell and needed surgery, he does make his appearance in the third installment.
