No, we don't have a "moral obligation". What we do have are policies and alliances that put us on the side of Israel. It's unfortunate that the US uses Israel to further it's very flawed Middle East policies. Watch the war and you'll see that the kidnapped soldiers will turn up in Iran (I almost guarantee this) and than Israel will have no choice but to bomb them (their nuke sites specifically). Larger issue for the US / World solved/resolved by Israel. The game is afoot and the manipulation shold really be pretty obvious. PEACE!

No. We do not have any obligations towards Israel. But we have to support Israel since we have moral obligations to ourselves. Israel is fighting the war with terrorists for us. If Israel would be destroyed, guess who will be next on the list? Helping them, you help to keep the battlezone far from your house.

no, it's not a matter of moral obligations. Both the US and Israel don't believe in morals. The point is that both countries are the same in virtually everything. The USA killed millions of indians and Israel killed and is killing thousands of Arabs. Both countries don't respect international legitimacy and Security Council resolutions (but never get punished for this, unlike the Arabs who get). Both countries have a huge arsenal of WMD. Both countries find it legal and plausible to torture and abuse war prisoners. Both countries occupy other people's lands (in the case of Israel: the lands of Palestinians, Lebanese, and Syrians - and in the case of the USA: the lands of Iraqis and Afghans). Both countries adopt indecent foreign policies. America is the senior butcher and Israel is the junior one. That's it, but that's what the US media will NEVER EVER tell you.

Israel is not just a government, It is a group of people. Just happens that the israelis have come within a hair of becoming exterminated by the arabs, in 1949, 1967, and 1973.
As people, we have a duty to help other people. that means help the palestinians survive and build themselves new lives, and keep israelis from being exterminated.
Also, the US Governement feels that it needs to help israel survive if it is willing, Since the jews have been scapegoats.
For instance: The average European blames israel for the terrorist attacks in Europe. Maybe the terrorists are attacking them because they attacked and conquered the middle east for their own profit. Also, Why would the Arabs attack them over israel? Europeans tried to wipe the jews out in 3 wars caused by france, then russia, then germany. Israel is there to get away from insane Europeans. Not because Europe supports them.

Hamas has been "negotiating" very oddly those previous few days. They now declare that Gilad Shalit is a seperate challenge from the long-term truce. What does this recommend? the two they don't have Shalit or they want extra convicted criminals. The latter is maximum no longer likely authentic, because of the fact they do no longer guard human existence. If he certainly is lifeless, no criminals could desire to be released. i could particularly imprison them because of the fact a existence sentence is worse than loss of life. yet i'm liberal, so who am I to talk? Hams will purely comprehend stress with somewhat stress aka doing the comparable to the convicted murderers as they did to Shalit. Remind you, Shalit has by no potential been convicted of something. He could desire to be the main liberal IDF soldier interior the international, you may by no potential understand. For thos who don't understand. U.N. considers everyone below the age of 17 a newborn. maximum Hamasniks are below THE AGE OF 17. What do you think of this implies? sure everyone you kill is largely a newborn. have you ever adult men ever stopped to think of why there are actually not 30-40 365 days previous suicide bombers or militants.

Is anyone allowed to be an American in America without automatically subscribing to an unconditional loyalty to the Zionist ideal?
Is anyone allowed to think free and independent, reason free and independent and express one's convictions free and independent without being a second fiddle to the Zionist media imposed values?
Is anyone allowed to question Zionist betrayals and tyrannies against the USA, even if the US is spied against, if the US Navy vessels are torpedoed, if the US President's calls for withdrawing from invaded territories is unilaterally snubbed and ignored- inspite of the fact that the Zionist survival has solely depended upon the American taxpayer funded support and aid- moral, political, financial, strategic and military?
Is anyone free afterall in the USA, to remain a free American if one dares to question anything to do with US subservience to the Zionist 'israel'?

Yes. We both share the same kinds of beliefs. Christianity and Judaism is very close, although not the same. Israel is our ally, and we must support them to stem the spread of radical muslim extremism in that region.
Friends dont abandon friends in times of need, and the USA is not a fair weathered friend, although liberal americans are.

we have no obligations to anyone! other countries get into situations whether it be a natural disaster or a war, anything and they stick there hands out wanting help from america, but when anything happens to us we get sh*t in return. when htat tsunami hit a couple years ago we gave so much money, but when hurricane katrina hit we got nothing from anyone, i think like 2 countries give a couple mil but we gave out billions of dollars and we help with wars and send aid, always helping we dont have any obligations to anyone! they can deal with it themselves, they are always fighting someone they can just kill each other then we dont ever have to worry about them! its there own fault! they can deal with it themselves!

Did we sell big weapons to their enemies?
If so, then yes.
Otherwise, I like the Monty Python phrase:
"Tax all foreigners living abroad."
Does Israel pay taxes to the USA? If not, then no.
