That's a hard question to answer. For some people its a card that has few drawbacks and can be splashed into nearly any deck. For others its a card they genuinely like playing with. Sometimes its both. A good example of this are the Monarch cards. Each is a different element with a generally* detrimental ability to your opponent. The perpectual favorites of the Monarchs are Mobius The Frost Monarch and Zaborg The Thunder Monarch. Mobius can optionally destroy up to 2 magic/trap cards on the field and Zaborg destroys a monster(regardless of position). Mobius is slightly superior because his ability is optional. Anyway...all the Monarchs have 2400 ATK, which is the gold standard of one tribute monsters. Meaning that they can go blow for blow with Jinzo. In summary, a good card is a card that is beneficial to you and something you enjoy playing.
*The fire monarch was very good until Dark World was released but hasn't seen play since.

I like my Ultimate Shining Rainbow Eyed Seventeen Headed Republican Flying Dragon. It's Mega-hyper-ultra-Rare because it has 20,000 ATK and 15,000 DEF and it can't be affected by any trap cards.
OH YEAH OMGZ!

you are able to tell how good they are via finding at their attack and protection factors...stars, too (on the right)...as for fee, i does no longer be conscious of. they do no longer make 1st version anymore, in spite of the indisputable fact that. those are properly worth some thing. in the event that they are in good difficulty, they are additionally properly worth greater. My chum constantly used to play that game, yet i don't be conscious of plenty approximately it.
