I personally use teabags. Just heat them up but not hot enough to burn ya. I leae mine on for almost ten minutes. Its reduces puffiness and redness too and makes you look like you didnt just wake up. If that doesnt work you might go see a doctor.. It could be extra fat being stored there. I had a friend who had it removed. It was a simple procedure.

Hylexin is really good for under eye problems. Benefit makes a good depuffing cream.
Hylexin is expensive, but you can get that on Ebay. Benefit Depuffing gel is about $25, and is sold at Sephora.
Also try Duwop, eye-gels. They are vacumed-sealed eye gels that you place on your eyes to reduce the puffyness. They dont have to be refrigerated and when you open them up they are cool.
You can get those at Sephora too.
Hope this helps.

forget everything. if u could see me, i get that very easy. if i sleep only an hour less. ask for a day off at work/school. the night before take a pill called valerian(its organic) or if not take a hit of some good chronik and relax... sleep as much as you can.. and when u wake up like around 1pm... take a very cold shower, go to dennys to eat something good. and see urself in the mirror, they will be 90% gone

this is going to sound ridiculous but you can put some hemorrhoid creme under your eyes before make up and this will rid puffiness

When you wake up try resting something cold on it or just rub some ice.
