copy and paste the link into the address bar of your browser, if it is indeed a URL (i.e. http://www.yahoo.com) If it's in IRC (Internet relay chat, the /ignore function is best. I don't know exactly what you are referring to, so it's difficult, at best, to tell you what to do. The question is vague at best, and not knowing what you mean by "link" and not knowing exactly what site, etc, etc, makes answering your question almost impossible. PM's are used in many different applications, such as ICQ, AIM, IRC, Yahoo chat, and several others. Some also refer to them as IM's.... PM and IM are Private Message and Instant Message, respectively. Update your question as to the specifics of the application your using, if it's an application, or if your on a website . I'll be able to tell you what to do then.

A PM is Private Message. In order to go to the web link, you must first click on the words in the link with your mouse. It should take you to the web site. If it doesn't, then slide your mouse over the web link...while holding down your CTRL key, hit the C key to copy..Next open your web broswer and in the URL or address...click and hold down the CTRL key while pressing the V key to paste..this should take you to the web site...

WTF is your question asking? If someone gives you a link copy and paste it or if it's click-able click it. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that. Sheesh.
