They only cover up their Corruption. They are not incompetence.
If you look at everything they have done while in power you will see that they serve the Big Business Corps just fine. If you ask someone in the oil industry if the Bushes have been bad for business what do you think they will say. Everything the Administration does is geared towards the top 1% of America. They are the most competent people in the world when it come to hooking up there rich friends and business partners.

As Bradly S. showed below all administrations lie for whatever the reason. I do believe there is certain things and situations that to tell the citizens would be letting our enemy know. The media has no morals, ethics, or cares for the United States citizens anymore. They print what they want under the Freedom of the Press. Does the Bush administration lie? answer would be yes. Does it lie to cover in competences? answer would be no. People see Bush and his smile and think he is stupid but this man knows what he is doing whether it be right or wrong. I do not agree with all he has done or doing but I do agree with his trying to protect America. He could do a better job if we could shut down a few of the news media, like New York Times.

The Bush Administration has not been proven to be corrupt, and whether or not they are incompetent is a matter of personal opinion to some degree.
I myself do not believe that an Administration that has kept us safe from terrorists within our borders for 5 years is incompetent by any means.
Keep in mind, hatred creates blindness.
