Ok This is a weird penis question but my husband insists I ask.....?

When you are relaxed.....does it lay up or down in your underwear? I am pretty sure most of the men I dated before I married him were on the down and he is insists that is nuts (no pun intended) and that is not comfortable.

Not a weird question at all. The answer is simple. Some men lay it up in their underwear, especially if they wear briefs, however most men say it is more comfortable to lay the penis down in the underwear. If a man wears boxers, it is impossible for the penis to be up because gravity causes it to lay downward.
It is simply a choice of comfort for men and neither is abnormal or weird. So you can tell your husband that which ever way is comfortable for him is the way he should wear his penis.

That all depends on what kind of "tool" you have. A grower(increases by length and girth when erect) may seem small and hang to the side or down. A show'r (length and girth about the same when erect) may go up in the underwear. But ultimately it depends on the male and how he feels comfortable "wearing" it.

It depends on the underwear. Boxer usually give it a hanging position, tighty whities usually keep it in place. jock straps are a definite position holder. The weirdiest ones I've worn are the Undergear strapless jock. If I'm in a "flaunt it" mood boxers or NOTHING at all works for me.
