Today, I killed three white worms. One of them was in an area between the kitchen, dining room and living room. The other two I am not sure where they were originally because I found them as I was mopping; I had already pushed them to an specific area. I almost didn't spot them because they were so small. The biggest one started squirming around, even then I had to get closer to make sure I was seeing correctly.They were white and seemed more round than flat, with what looked to me like a black spot on it's head. I am totally freaked out that they are a parasite! I have two toddlers, no pets, they were found on a vinyl floor. Oh, and we do live in the woods.

sounds like maggots. Have you had any dead animals around your house lately- if so you may have walked them in on your shoes without knowing it.

Sounds like you have maggots. Any hardware store will have some Raid or maggot-killer, no worries.

They have to feed on something if they are flys or beetles it is rotting flesh. Some like carpenter ants and termites live on wood. Get it checked out some parasites are nasty

Sound like rare mongolian bum worms. They can jump up to 8 ft and make their nests between human buttocks. Be very careful where you sit!!!
