You could equate the illegal immigrants with the barbarians. We are more likely to a fall from democracy because of the entitlement mentality that is growing. Read what the Greeks had to say about the progression of governing styles. The end of Democracy comes about when the politicians find they can buy votes by giving money to the masses. This has been happening for about 70 years now and got much worse 40 years ago. Makes you wonder how much longer it will last. According to the greeks the next stage will be tyranny. I hope democracy lasts much longer than I am alive.

Depends on if you think that is why the Romans fell. I don't. I think Rome fell because it got fat, lazy, and it collapsed under its own enormous weight. As the roman empire became more and more corrupt, and the people became more and more "infidelish", it fell.
Yes, if you look at American people you will see we are headed tha direction. We have a divided nation with the liberal side screaming and whining at every chance. Liberals go to other countries and publicly air their dirty laundry to the cheers, grins, laughs, and approval of the foriegn baffoons. Liberals take the side of our enemies only because they hate their own president so much. Yeah, some day America will fall from grace, but not today.

America is falling. Many people don't want to admit but it's true. We are losing money because of the war and running out of gas and americans aren't very healthy and our president sucks. Also immigrants are coming in and soon we aren't going to have a lot jobs left.

The USA will fall sooner or later, but this will take place "sooner" if the US continues supporting the butcher zionist country called Isra*el. The whole world is angry at both the US and the zionist country, and one day both countries will be taught a lesson by many countries together. I am sure Egypt is one of these countries.
