Yes you can if you are using yahoo... Coz if you delete any mail from bulk folder or from inbox it will directly go to the Trash folder... So check there & l pray for you... & remember in Trash folder the deleted mail doesnt last more than 1 day...

Depending on what email client you are using, the deleted mail may be in your 'trash bin'. That would be your only chance.

you can only check your trash if you have a web-baseed email account like yahoo or hotmail.

but if you can if you use outlook or other pop3 email programs that install on your hard drive.
