The only parts you can upgrade are RAM and Hard drive. Most other parts are proprietary and cannot be replaced.
If you can break open your notebook you could change the CPU but you would break your notebook in the process 9 out of 10 times.

Your quest is nigh impossible.

Most graphics cards in laptops are integrated into the motherboard and can not be upgraded because they are permanently part of the board. To increase the memory try this:

Start-> Control Panel-> System

Look at the bottom, it should tell you how much RAM is available for the system if it isn't 128, 256, 512, 1024, then your graphics card "borrows" memory. You can upgrade your main memory and this will increase your performance.

There is no room inside your Toshiba for a new graphic card. What you might do, is go to this website and see if you can determine the MAXIMUM amount of RAM that it will take.

http://www.coastmemory.com Pick TOSHIBA, then pick your model. This will tell you a good price and the MAXIMUM that your computer will take. Keep in mind that Coast memory will accept returns if the RAM that they send you don't work.

Upgradeing the G-card on a laptop is a no-go. They are integrated into the MB. About all you can do is upgrade the RAM and the hard-drive.

nogo on the graphics...some laptops have upgradeable graphics cards but those are the expensive top of the line models...most are integrated and you'll need a new laptop to get better graphics.

Probably not. However, you can upgrade the RAM. This will make it faster and snappier. Look up your computer on google or something and find what kind of ram you can use. Once you do that, you can either go to your local retailer and buy some there (if they have it) or buy it online. One place i reccomend is www.memoryx.com (they can also help you find what kind of memory you need.)

Good Luck!

It's possible, but it's very difficult. Most manufacturers don't make specific parts that will work with every laptop, since every manufacturer makes every laptop differently.

Technically, yes.

Practically, no. Besides your laptop's hard drive and RAM (memory), it is too difficult and too expensive to get laptop-specific parts.

You can buy a graphics card and install it yourself or take it to a computer hardware store and have them install it for you
