1. Open Yahoo Messenger Chat Program.
2. Click on the word "Messenger" at top of screen.
3. Click on "My Display Image"
4. Place a check mark next to Share My Advatar
5. Customize your Picture.
6. Save
7. Enjoy

You mean the avatar? On your yahoo account, when you first log on and aren't in your inbox yet but it tells you how many unread messages you have, click on the blank box. That will take you to where you can create an avatar.
