I'm not a registered voter, so I guess 3.
Everything is determined by selfish, agenda minded, ethically bankrupt government officials, who don't care what gets done, just that they get re-elected. It doesn't matter who is in charge.
Until we eliminate the Republican/Democratic party B.S., and elect somebody who can actually accomplish something, it is not worth my time.
