Depends on what color eyes you have, sometimes hair color too. Black is always a fall back but if you give more info then you can get an answer designed for you.

It depends on what effect you want to have.White pops your eyes open giving them more of an awake look.black to me makes your eyes look smaller and kinda of mysterious.brown is like a subtle look.Dark green should depend on what your wearing you want it to bring out the color of your clothes or vice versa.

what color eyes do you have if you have green eyes wear black, if you have blue eyes then wear dark green, if you have brown eyes you should wear blue. White is kinda weird color for eyeliner

if you have light color eyelashes then brown. Dark colored eyelashes then black and if you want a more mysterious look. If you have hazel eyes dark green. White will make your eyes look bigger

Depends on your eye color. For brown eyes, magenta works really well, go with liquid liner. It makes your eyes pop.

black is classic and the best for formal or dressed up occasions
brown is good for casual and day to day
white is great for summertime
dark green for something fun or to make a statement

Depends on your hair color... dark hair, black, blonde hair dark brown like espresso... white or dark green...yuck.
