You would think that by now humans would have an over the counter medicine that would stop the itch of a mosquito bite.Put everything you've got in to it.Make it pack a wallop.Over the counter medicine has no power to stop pain at all.(CHNO)

Ice or alchohol. And recently I've found an oil I like as a moisturizer seems to help with itches too: This oil is one I found ina local nutrition/health store.

Benadryl has a spray out that my granddaughter swears is "magic". She had some kind of bug bite on her back that itched and hurt. I sprayed some of it on her and she quit complaining about it. We got it at Walmart.

I get topical Benedryl. It also comes in a spray. This way you get the antihistamine to stop the itch and you won't get sleepy.

Baking soda and water, it works wonders on mosquito bites.

I usually use vinegar and it works quite well. If it doesen't work for you then try a paste of water and baking soda.
