I've never seen anyone have a problem bringing baby food in. They don't mind you bringing in food as long as it isn't like a cooler for a picnic or something. But, since Disney doesn't sell food for babies, they allow it.
You should considering bringing baby food that isn't in a glass jar, just to make things easier on you and to prevent it from breaking. You can put it on the bottom of the diaper bag just to be on the safe side, they really just don't search bags that well, you can get some things in without a problem.

Yes, you can bring baby food into Disney, as well as medical diet items (for those on liquid diets) and items such as glucose bars for diabetics. I have had no problems bringing any of the above into the parks in over 15 years of visiting Disney.
You will NOT be allowed to bring in a cooler (or a large quantity), however. One of the easiest ways around that is to freeze a couple of single-serving juice boxes and pack them with the baby food and/or bottles in the bottom of a largish diaper bag or backpack. (A backpack with lots of seperate compartments can be a LOT easier to deal with in the parks!!) The type of baby food containers that are shaped like plastic cubes are the easiest to pack, and are easier to deal with while you're juggling your own meal in a crowd.
If you need something while in the parks, there are Baby Care Centers that have places to heat bottles and baby food, can provide changing tables and high chairs, a nursing room, and diapers, formula and baby food for purchase. (They're kinda pricy, but better than having to run back to your hotel with a screaming baby!)
In the Magic Kingdom, the Center is just past the Crystal Palace to the left of Main Street (if you're looking at the Castle).
In Epcot, the Center is between Test Track and Mexico in the Odyessey Center building.
In the Animal Kingdom, the Center is on Discovery Island next to Creature Comforts.
At the Studios, it's next to Guest Relations at the park entrance.
The Baby Care centers should also be marked on the maps, and you can get directions from any Cast Member in the parks.

You can MOST DEFINITELY bring baby food in. My sister brought her 7 month old with us last Thanksgiving. Just make sure you bring the kind that's in plastic containers, not glass. Hope this helps, and have fun!

They are reasonable people. I am sure baby is an exception to the rule. What will you feed the baby? Hamburger?
Disney world is the most friendly place. Don't worry.
Have fun.......! Enjoy with your family, it is more fun.

You are allowed to bring baby food. I suggest gerber because they come in packs of two and they are in plastic containers. Enjoy your trip.
