Yeah, you might have to go to the hospital to be reamed out. That would suck and be painful.

Before it comes to that, though, try non-medicines such as eating an entire pound cannister of cored dried prunes (don't bother to soak them, just eat them as if they were candy). They're remarkably effective. Or you can try a vegetable fiber supplement such as Wal-Mart's cheap "Equate" brand, only instead of the regular dosage, try a *lot* such as four tablespoons mixed with a full quart of water. At that dose, it'll tend very strongly to cause "fast throughput" by massively lubricating intestine and rectum walls. This is something I've learned the ... uh, let's say the "hard way".

Do the enama or go to the doctor now. Especially do the doctor if you feel like you're close to throwing up. Save the natural remedies listed here for next time -- say day 2 or 3. Skip the soap suggestion unless you're told by a verifiable medical professional, BTW. That just doesn't sound right.

I had no bowel movement for 10 days when I was hospitalized for surgery and the nurses paid no attention to me while I was there. I ended up in the emergency room. But what they did in the ER is what you can do for yourself at home now to end the problem. It is a self-administered enema with soapy water. Yucky to think about, but not painful. Get an enema bag at the drugstore, fill it with soapy water, insert it into your rectum and hold it in for as long as you can, maybe 30-60 seconds. Be sitting on a toilet at the time. Then let go!

Eat more veggies, fruits,
nuts, seeds, and whole grain,
no white flour, or white rice at all. Drink
at least one glasses of water when
you get up each morning and
8 glasses there after. Flax seeds
and prune are good. Go walking after every meal.
and exercise every day. Cut off the meat
slowly as you replace more veggies.
Enema is a real good one to clean up
and to start a new. You will then be on your
road to recovery. All the best.
