Went to a festival over the weekend where it was baking, but felt fine. I tan easily and the sun very very rarely burns me.
However, this afternoon I feel not so great. A little dizzy and very tired.

Can sunstroke have delayed effects?

yes. It's just like a sunburn, somepeople don't feel it until the next day. When you have sunstroke, you need plenty of fluids. May be the day you got the sunstroke you drank lots of water, but today you may not have...hope that makes sense.

Any sunlight is unfavorable to your epidermis. Use tan in a bottle or get sprayed.. do no longer circulate to the beds. I certainly have usual those with epidermis maximum cancers. it is terrible. They died. stay out of the sunlight just to tan your epidermis.
