Depends when you set it to detonate. If it explodes low, then you have a crater with damage to the immediate area. If it eplodes high, then there should be a greater damage radius, but less damage to underground infrastructure further out. "The lethal blast radius is surmised to be approximately 400 feet", from wikipedia. Beyond that radius you'll have broken windows and wounded people. Because the bomb is guided and not dropped then you might have problems targeting sites concealed by skyscrapers or other tall buildings.

Weaken or destroy structural stability in effected buildings, destruction of personal and vehicles 20% further outside of the immediate blast radius.
Just imagine God taking his thumb and flattening a few city blocks.
