Write your e-mail provider for help they should even have a forgot password button and are the only ones who can legally help you. It might just be a temp problem. Try again later.
Other wise.....
Legally No one can help you.
It is YOUR responsibility to remember your password.
This is also an illegal question, It is against Federal law to solicit information for the purpose of acquiring a password. (even your own, because we have know way of knowing if it is really yours) Giving out this information over the net, and not in person is also a violation of the Law.
But your question might be an honest mistake so it was not reported.

You need to change the parameters in Outlook or Outlook Express, under Tools | Email Accounts. If you can send, but not receive, it is likely the POP3 paramaters, not the SMTP paramters.
Call your ISP and ask them to give you the right settigns for these.
I am sending my answer via E.S.P. too. I hope that you are concentrating hard on receiving it.

Go to your browser preference and clear the cache, restart the browser, trying restarting the computer. If you're logged in here, it's probably just a glitch.
