2000 integra ls non vitech.will imprve the 0 to 60 or the quater mile or top speed?its a significant change?its 140hp factory wath will be the end result.10-15 20 hp?wath if i put a v-tech head?probably more expensive.

It will improve your quarter mile and your 0 to 60 but your top speed maybe a little your about right you should get about 15-30 more hp if you do cold air exhaust and headers.

What the fu ck is a "heather!? Do you mean "headers"? With your lack of knowledge don't try anything except pumping gas! Leave all other modifications to some one else.
