No. The MOAB bomb has only been used one time in a test on a bomb range at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida in November 2003. It was developed to replace the 15,000 pound BLU-82 Daisy Cutter bomb which at the time was the largest non-nuclear weapon in the US arsenal. It was last used in Afghanistan on caves in Tora Bora.
