How do I put my clothing into the world. In other words how do I mass produce them.?

Thanks to all the girls that answer the first question. But I need to know how do I put it out into the world. What do I do. I have the clohting, the price, the look, the plan, and everything thing esle, but how do I put it out into the world. YOU DO I SEND IT TO.

The long and short of it is that you'll have to write a business plan, find investors and come up with the capital. Once you get the means to pay for the production, you find a factory in New York, Chicago, LA or Taiwan that will sew them for you. Then you have to beat the pavement to find stores that will sell them for you...and hopefully not on consignment. You have them shipped from the factory to either a wholesaler or directly to the stores.

The hard part for you is that you have no proven business record, so you have to pay cash up front. You won't be given the privilege of floating credit with the factory. To get the money, you either need to be independly wealthy or show the business prowess that will get you investors.

Unless you have the means of mass production, you will need to find someone who does. I am not sure where you would start. And if you are not careful, someone will take your ideas and mass produce them without giving you any profit. Be careful about giving it all away.

If you can mass produce your clothing, advertise. Start making clothes for your friends. Put your label on them somewhere, that way when people ask your friends where they got it, they can just look at the tag and can contact you. Start a website where people can contact you. As you make money, you can purchase more expensive advertising.
