1) All You Need Is Love--I love this song because of the instruments...and because I love the footage and behind the scenes story of this song on The Beatles Anthology documentary/special. I loved seeing them singing this song and chewing gum at the same time!
2) Everybody's Got Something To Hide Except For Me & My Monkey--This is one of my favorite songs from the white album. I really like the cow bells in it. It's a nice fast song too.
3) Birthday--again from White Album--just too much fun
4) Paperback Writer--I love this song for many reasons--I think it is very pleasant...and I enjoy the background vocals...have you noticed that the background singers are singing "Frere Jacques"
5) You've Got To Hide Your Love Away--I love this song because I love the tambourine. I LOVE the movie Help...and just the image of them sitting around their house playing songs...and Ringo looking so sad hitting the tambourine...anyway, it's just a great image. :)
6) I Saw Her Standing There--my obsession with the Beatles started about ten days before my seventeenth birthday...I remember the Beatles Anthology special coming on on November 19th 1995...and I of course requested all Beatle birthday presents...so the lyrics "she was just seventeen" was meaningful at the time :)
7) Let It Be-- I do love this song...it's such a great song really. And it can calm you down a bit when you need it. (I like to use "Cry Baby Cry" from the White album too as a stress reliever).
8) Strawberry Fields Forever--I love this song--I have always loved this song. But hearing and seeing the behind the scenes of the making of this song--particularly its progression...really fascinated me...but I would have chosen it anyway. I just think it's one of their best.
9) Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds--I have always thought Lucy was a particularly fun song. I do love the Sergeant Pepper album. I guess I love this song because when I was a teen going through a period of really bad migraines--missed almost three weeks of school--I would put on Beatles music and lay down and try to relax and sleep my way through the pain. Plus, I thought the imagery was very migraine-like ;)
10) Here Comes The Sun--It was really hard to choose which song from Abbey Road should make my top ten list. I love so many. I love "She Came In Through The Bathroom Window"...and of course the song before it "Mean Mr. Mustard" but it's not like you can take those songs out of context and justify them being in the top ten...and I love Something..and I love Maxwell's Silver Hammer...and I love Octopus's Garden...And I love The End. But in the end, I chose Here Comes The Sun because it is so beautiful.
Edit: I have to make room for Norwegian Wood somewhere....I love that song!!!!!!!!

This could be one of the more difficult choices we Beatle fans make in deciding which are the 'best'...I don't think there would ever be total agreement! I'm listing my top favourite, rather that what a popular consensus would think may be 'better' in music arrangement, structure, lyrics, etc... Also, favourites sometimes reflect parts of our own lives, thoughts rather than logic thinking...
All You Need Is Love
A Day In The Life
Help!
I Want To Hold Your Hand
In My Life
Let It Be
Nowhere Man
Penny Lane
While My Guitar Gently Weeps
Yesterday
I could still add at least 5 to 10 more...{just realized we agreed on only two songs..(!)}
...link below is a great site for Beatle lyrics, etc.

Dude, I don't even like the Beatles. Too bad about John Lennon, though.
