i'm the kind of person with the low self esteem how can i bring it up?

know that you are UNIQUELY SPECIAL ~~ as we all are. Everyone is :"equal to" -- no one is greater or lesser than another.
Do your best for YOU and be happy with YOUR accomplishments. Be easy on yourself ~~don't be overly-critical or analytical.. Relax and enjoy your life.

I used to have the same problem. What I did was started to run and workout real serious. I have been in the best shape of my life for the past 2 years, my body is real nice, I have a beautiful gf, I feel on top of the world. You would be surprised how much your self esteem will go up when you start seeing little improvements in your body. Good luck to you.

Hang out with positve up beat friends. Surrounding yourself with positive fun people will help you pull out af the depression side of the low self esteem. If I knew what it was you didn't feel confident about I could be of more help. If you can try and work it things to make you feel more confident. While you focus on the wonderful things you have to offer.

for me when people put me know i ignore them and find friends or family member with a positive self esteem

Please realize that everyone feels a little insecure now and then. Think of yourself as a really good friend who needs cheering up. List your "friend's" accomplishments, good qualities, kindness, etc. Talk to yourself as if you are someone else because sometimes it's hard to list your own good points. I'm sure many people value your presence in their lives a great deal.

I agree completely with you. it is no longer purely misdiagnosed as having low self-worth yet in addition some human beings get to think of that they are able to disrespect a humble and friendly man or woman so it is no longer suitable to them in the event that they disrespected him because of the fact they think of he's only no longer significant being humble. everyone seems to be usually biased.

its all about confidence, the way u walk, talk, and address things. You have to work on that, dont let other people think they can bring you down

self-awareness.....take time out for yourself, spend time your self...you never know you might just discover something you didn't know. Surround your-self with positive people......Get some goals and start working towards them.

I have the same problem. Just be yourself with a good group of friends and ask them if they can help you.

a few things. stand up straight and look up when you walk. ppl will get a sense of confidence. smile.
