I can substitue lots of things for the store brands when shopping, but I cannot substitute my Tide laundry detergent, my Dove soap and my Charmin with Aloe toilet paper.
I will use store brand dish washing liquid, paper towels, paper plates, etc, but not those three things.
What are some things you will only buy in brand name?

Alot of different products but toilet paper is number one. Cant wipe with the cheap stuff

Brand names only-Cokes, toothpaste (Aquafresh Extreme, Colgate w/Breath Strips, Pearl Drops), soaps (Caress, Dove), lotions (Victoria's). There is a grocery store here that has good quality generic items (detergent, fabric softner, paper towels, trash bags). In fact, I like the laundry products better that what I was using.
I am sure there are more things I am a brand name "snob" on, but cannot think of them right away.

Hardly anything when it comes to food. I find there's really to much salt in those store brand products, although presidents choice is not bad. Macaroni and cheese, I will occasionally substitute especially since it's half the cost of Kraft. Dish soap I will occasionally but store brand if I'm short on cash.

Pull Ups and tissue I like Tide w/fabreeze but I will substitute sometimes. I will not substitute shampoo or body wash at any time.

Any cleaning or hygiene products... oh and the biggie MEDS. Why do people assume it's the same? I took a generic med and it made me sick but the brand was fine. Never be to cheap to take care of yourself!

1.I have to have Haagen Das ice cream
2.Kraft macaroni and cheese,generic sucks!!
3.Mountain Dew no way will I buy Sams club mountain mist or mellow yellow!!
