Only for a job! I worked there for several years before they decided to fingerprint everyone to weed out the "criminals"! I worked at a financial institution! You would think they would have done this before hiring anyone...otherwise they could have been ripped off and that person(s) could have been long gone!

yep, third grade. at school in our gifted clas we were learning about detectives so yeah we all got a copy of some fingerprints. then we had to take them of the whole class about fifteen kids. we were in two teams. my team thought it was me the other my best friend. our fingerprints looked so similar. it ended being me who my teacher framed as the one who stole the gradebook. but for that i got a lollipop

Yes, I had to been figerprinted to join the Army years ago.
And I had to be fingerprinted and pass a FBI background check to get my current job.

Yes, for a criminal background check. The worst part was that I had to go to the city jail to do it, and had to stand in line with the REAL criminals.
I had the last laugh, though. I was parked illegally the whole time.
