Marriage is a sacred ritual than simply a contract. Husband is no god but say him king and the wife as queen. He cannot tolerate unfaithfulness to his love.

Traditionally, the husband does have the power to make decisions unilaterally, but only for his spouse and children. In a traditional marriage the wife pledges to always obey her husband. The husband has never had the power to kill.

Again, all this is traditional, it does not apply anymore and women are increasingly being treated as equals.

Ha!

As if!
These questions really tickle me pink.

Anyways, I have not heard of any man proclaiming himself to be an agent of God sent down to lord over his family! But yes,We do honour our parents a lot. And fathers do wield a lot of authority n the family, since men have traditionally been the sole bread-winners of their families, while ladies prefer To be home makers, But even with More women in all walks of society, The social system is still patriarchal. But fathers can't decide anything unilaterally,.

If my dad thought it was right for me, he would be right to punish me, though I don't remember him doing anything like that for quite a few years. I don'tremember when he disciplined me. And even when parents punish you, you know they care for you and have your best interests in their mind. For that matter, my mom has as much authority to punish me, although It rarely ever comes to that, her scolding is enough to make me clean my room.

And NO, No one is allowed to kill their children. Children have often been said to be especially dear to God, because of their pureness of mind and innocence of the world. It would be a sin to do that. Who told you anyone can kill their children? And do you think anyone can kill their own children? Except Abrahem of course, and he was not Hindu!

in accordance to Judaism YHVH changed into only spoken contained in the interior chamber by using the severe priest. Many cultures on the prompt kept the call of their God sacred & did not pronoun it except for particular occassions. i have under no circumstances heard some thing about being placed to demise. That appears like a tremendous addition of city legion. there is no genuine debate about virgin. The Torah makes use of a diverse word elsewhere even as virgin is meant. it is hopeful wondering that almah meant both. a smooth lady ought to (ensue to obviously, as ought to an old one) be a virign, yet when that changed into major to the context, Betulah (spelling?) may were used. Almah only meant youthful lady & some Chrisitian variations of OT are replacing to accomodate that correction. Jehovah is a obtrusive invention in that J isn't in Hebrew. W isn't both & were given further by using German translation the position W is stated V. there changed into addition of vowel dageshes (sounds) further to the 4 letters YHVH yet they were those for adonai, to remind people to subtitute pronounciation. i do not comprehend the timing of even as those were further. ========== i have considered very, very at present a blending up of Jehovah with Yeshua, i.e. Jesus. that is only people no longer understanding that they are diverse words from diverse sources, even although they have rather similar sounds. Jehovah is a German word for God then translated into English years in the past. Yeshua is an attempt to modify from Jesus in Greek to Hebrew, used to make people extra chuffed interior the only accurate few years religiously. ============== i changed into only staring at a coach on PBS this nighttime that cites a lot of archeological info of the Israelites. the massive "debate" interior the middle changed into the dimensions & timing of the abode of David. through some diverse archeological unearths, along with a Syrian one, they pinpoint it to the time precise interior the Bible. This timing mattered because it placed the great kingdom form findings with David thereby proving that certainly there changed into one great Israel at one time, & no longer only a collection of tribes. The coach wasn't that complementary altogether, so it wasn't leaning over to coach some thing the following.
