I suppose what you mean is, haven't all questions already been truly answered but the true answers not accepted.
The clever answer is, yes - but you wouldn't accept that answer.
The true answer is no, not only have not all questions been truly answered, but not all questions have been asked - not even all the important ones, I'll bet.

yes, people answer questions depending in what mood they are.
If I am in a terrible mood, I just answer rudely or with no meaning at all, this does not mean my answers are accepted!
