Just curious...how much does a character or supporting actor usually make? Also, how much do actors get paid in indy & B movies?

If your really interested go to the SAG website. You can get access to limited guild scales for different performer types (i.e.; bit player, lead role, supporting role). Remember that these are minimums and some can earn much more.

If you want to get into the movies you can go to the SAGIndie web site and find small independent movies casting near you with open auditions.

Depends on the budget of the film, the experience of the actor, the amount of time on screen, etc. There are tons of factors that determine it. Some actors do indy films for free, some get paid a lot. It all depends on a per movie/per actor basis.
