As you can see from question I paid for a report and have not rec'd it and any effort to contact customer service has not been successful please help I am one of the Veterans that records were lost and now found but still i paid for something and have not rec'd it, please help me.

If this was done by computer, your credit report should have popped up as soon as your were done or even emailed to you. It won't get mailed to you that way.

You don't say what customer service told you?
Call them back and ask to speak to a supervisor. Have your # and your record from your bank that shows you paid for it.
Also, did you do this by computer? You usually get the results right away?
