i wanted to download a file from rapidshare but it said if u dont have a premium account(paid account) u have limited downloads just 30....but last time i had downloaded 2 files but it should be 28 but it was still 30 what is this? do i really have limited downloads?

i assume that you're using the 'free download ' process. in that case , when the website tells you that u have exceeded you're download limit, just disconnect the modem, or log off the internet , and log in again after a few seconds.that resets your account details.
a word of caution - share this info with as few people as possible, or we might end up losing exploiting the loophole to get free downloads.

it depends on your IP.

If your ISP use a proxy server for you, it will have only limited downloads.

But for you, it does not seems to a proxy,

But it never shows limited downloads, because the time will be counting between the File Downloads.

If a 100MB file is downloaded, you have to wait for some time (say52 mins) to start another download.

There is not Limit in Number of downloads
