plenty of your sanity and money, not to mention you life
g) aquiring dental cavitites, gingivitis, yellow teeth

i)being at least self destructive

Just drink lots and lots of water, and stay away from things that trigger your smoking habits such as caffiene, alcohol, stress, etc.
Put pictures up around you of people who smoke to remind yourself how gross they are, and how you don't want: gross teeth, premature wrinkles, shriveled lungs, swollen lymph nodes, etc.
Take a deep breath and try to savor oxygen. Good clean oxygen, do this often and remind yourself that this is the breath of life. Carbon monoxide is the breath of death.

i had my last cigarette on April 27 and it was only the last one because I was having surgery the next day.
