1st of all you must always keep a spare account is you share your main one. if it the little devils account that you need to get into and there is no work of your own placed on the computer it can be done by reinstalling windows, this way anything else they have done would be gone along with everything else on the computer it would be as you just got the computer but when you go on the Internet make sure you have protection as this is not normally installed with windows.

Ask the other person what the new password is then never let them near your pc again.

yea, I got that problem too, and its with my panda protection, I've tried e.mailing them but with no luck, so I hope you have better luck
